Well what an exciting assembly watching Choc from the GB Extreme team perform his tricks. Choc  talked to the children about Parkour and how he and his team need to practice for long periods of time to ensure they don’t get hurt. They also go around and compete against other countries as well. The children were so excited to take part in the workshops and have a go at the four different activities. Even Mrs Gregory and Miss Amor had a go!  To end the day off, the children discussed the impact Parkour could have on their physical and emotional well-being. Thank you Miss Crumpling for organising this great day.

Today the children identified how Christian’s believe in the miracles Jesus performed.  Divine has two meanings- of God or like God and very pleasant. During the lessons, the children watched some clips showing different miracles Jesus performed, they then debated what these miracles meant. Furthermore, they began defining the concept of divine as well as how this can affect their lives and others. The children then identified different miracles they would love to happen, some chose to stop wars, others chose to help others and one child wanted to be able to eat chocolate with milk in,
